We trust Alice and her crew with our family's six vehicles. They range in age from 1996 to 2016 and are from 5 different manufacturers. We know we can count on Broad Street Auto & Tire to troubleshoot problems, make repairs that are necessary, and provide scheduled maintenance. Communication is great. Couldn't recommend more highly!

This company is incredible! They are so friendly and ready to work with you. Family-owned for decades and it shows in the quality of their work. I had a leaky tire and was worried I would get charged a ton to get it fixed but their service was effective and affordable! I will definitely be going back to them for future car maintenance.

Made getting an inspection a breeze instead of a headache! Didnt have to leave my car there for days until they could get to it. Not sure why places wont let you make an appt for an inspection (I live in Chesterfield county). Beyond pleased with my experience, they were thorough and honest.

Broad Street Auto is great and always comes to the rescue! Other dealerships estimated 6-8 weeks to even read the error on my car, and they were able to read the check engine light error and fix the issues in the same day! They make the process fast and easy for you! And the prices are always reasonable!

We realized at the last minute that our seldom-driven car would be needed by visiting family over Memorial Day weekend. Thanks to Alice for working us in on a rush-job state inspection and oil change. The inspection was overdue. Getting pulled for an expired inspection would NOT have been a good look, especially on a holiday weekend, as we try to roll out the red carpet for our daughter, who we don't see often enough anyway.

Excellent service, easy to schedule a specific appointment from the website and effective communication with staff. I requested a state inspection and diagnosis of unknown problems. My car was ready later that same day, and the representative gave time to discuss options and inform me of what they found instead of surprising me with a large bill.
