I can’t say enough good things about my experiences at Broad Street Auto. Alice and her team are honest, reliable and always perform professionally. I never worry that the job hasn’t been done well. When I’ve been concerned about something car related, Alice has calmly given advice and helped to ease my mind. She makes an extra effort to be thorough in every way. I highly recommend her shop for any needs you may have.

Great service! Friendly, fast, and honest. They did not try to add on any additional repairs the ways that other places so often do--and the prices were reasonable.

Bump bump bump went my front tire. Alice and the crew noticed irregular wear likely from my inattentiveness to rotate regularly. 2 new tires installed easily and with their always friendly service. Plus alignment. Get your oil changes and service there too and they will rotate tires whether needed. Always been happy with service and will continue to be a customer. Highly recommended.

The check engine light came on and I did a Google search for mechanics in the area. I called Broad Street and spoke with Alice and got the next available appointment. I brought the car in and was greeted with sincere customer service. I was given an assessment of the problem and what was required to find it. I was then given what I felt was a very fair price for the repairs. While waiting I have an e excellent conversation with Alice and another customer and her kids. The whole experience was warm an inviting, something I have not experienced at a car shop before. I definitely reccomend Broad Street for your auto care needs. Fast, friendly and affordable! Literally always able to fit me in and amazing customer service. I have brought my car here twice now to fix damage from potholes and never paid more that 50 bucks. Can’t say enough good things.
