Richmond Auto Repair

Needed an oil change and safety inspection, it took less than an hour. I was greeted promptly, I believe by the owner who is a woman. I'm a big fan of women owned businesses, but beyond that, I felt they were honest and did not try to convince me I needed extraneous services. The people waiting for car servicing all appeared to be repeat loyal customers, which I took as a good sign as well. Was impressed even though I only needed routine service.

I have had my cars serviced here for over years. I am always pleased with the work and trust them to do what is necessary. Their pricing is fair and their service is prompt. You could not ask for anything more.

Professional, courtesy and always does the job right the first time! Shop is very clean and waiting room is being renovated to better serve the customers.

I've been bringing my car here for the last few months and I absolutely love this shop. The owner is very involved in the day to day, but she always remembers me when I come in. Last month, I had an engine fail on me, and instead of trying to con me into making costly repairs, the shop laid out all the options and let me choose the best one for me. I had to bring my other car in recently because of a battery issue (and I really needed to rotate my tires), it was cold and their waiting room is being touched up, but they were totally nice about it and even offered to take me up to the local coffee shop or mcdonald's of I wanted. A++ would totally recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic service, I blew a tire recently and stopped by there after checking the ratings. I was able to get my tire replaced and to trust the Broad Street Auto&Tire guys to draw cash from my glovebox since I left the car there and could only come back and pick it up after their closing time. The proprietor even gave me a lift to the bus so I could get to VCU on time!
