Have taken may car here a few times. Alice is nice and does a pretty good job of explaining whatever the issue is over the phone. Work seems to be done well and has usually been done quickly. Only issue I've ever had has been a brake light being changed twice without being notified until i checked my bill. Other than that everything has been great.
