Alice and her team are the best in Richmond! They have been caring for my car for about a decade now. I visit them for every single issue that is not covered for free by the dealer/recalls, and I also trust them for all tire purchases and maintenance. Broad Street Auto has very fair prices and the people who work there are kind and honest. The work they perform is stellar and I have never once been disappointed. Alice is a wonderful person through and through, and there is even a cute dog in the lobby to pet sometimes. Broad Street Auto has my utmost respect and my business for life!

I needed to get a state inspection for my car (which normally I have done at the dealership as my car is still under warranty so it was just easy, but I forgot last time was there) and every place I contacted either didn’t have any appointments available or didn’t take appointments and was going to be 3-4hr process at best they said. I found Broad street Auto on line and they had availability with an actual appointment!! Took the first one 8 AM…and was all done by 8:20AM…was fantastic!!! They are really nice and got the job done! It’s says they are a family run biz and you totally get that vibe…not the big corporate style where you’re just the next on the list!
