Love this auto repair shop. Trustworthy, reasonable prices and good work.

For over 16 years I have had positive experience with maintenance and repair of my personal vehicles at Broad Street Auto. The work is excellent and completed in timely manner. The price is very reasonable. Location is convenient for me to walk to and pick up my vehicle. They have a very good reservation system.

Easily the best service shop I have ever used. Honest. Reliable. Friendly. Trustworthy. Nothing is better than having a quality shop to go to and Broad Street Auto fills that need. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else in RVA.

Came in with a flat tire expecting to pay an arm and a leg; instead, was treated courteously from start to finish, the tire was patched in about 20 minutes, and I paid far less than I expected. Nice folks who are doing a great job.

Very glad that I found this shop! They gave me a good deal on a set of tires for my car, and were really pleasant to deal with. I mainly spoke with Alice and Ronnie, and they were both very nice people that I enjoyed talking with. I had a bunch of questions, and even though they were very busy leading up to the holidays, they were super informative on everything I inquired about. They really know their stuff.They even gave me a T shirt after my car was done which I am happy to wear to spread the word about this place! I am from Northern VA originally, and have dealt with a number of shops up there, and never received the quality of service that Broad St Auto provided. I will surely return in the future to this awesome business.

J. with Buddy Harris in the 50's and many years later after buying a restored mid-year Corvette was told that the only place in town to service such a vehicle was Broad St. Auto. There I again ran into Buddy Harris for occasional service and being so satisfied began taking my other cars there for service. Since then my family continues to use Broad St. for auto service and whenever the opportunity arises I recommend Alice and her staff for the best service in town. Five stars doesn't begin to describe the outstanding service we continue to receive.
